EtherMedia's trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names and any other features of the EtherMedia brand are the sole property of EtherMedia. This agreement does NOT grant you any rights to use any of our brand features whether for commercial or non-commercial use.

EtherMedia's service is not sold or transferred to you, and EtherMedia will retain ownership of all software applications even after installed on any of your devices.

We grant you limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to make use of EtherMedia's service, and limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to make personal and commercial use of the platform (collectively, “Access”). This Access shall remain in effect until and unless terminated by you or EtherMedia.

In consideration for the rights granted to you under this agreement, you grant us the right to:

1. allow EtherMedia to use the processor, bandwidth, and storage hardware on your device in order to facilitate the operation of the service, and
2. to allow our third-party services to do the same.

If you provide feedback, ideas or suggestions to EtherMedia in connection with our service, you acknowledge that said feedback is not confidential and you authorize us to use that feedback without restriction and without payment to you.

User Guidelines:

The following is not permitted for any reason whatsoever:

1. Selling, renting, sublicensing or leasing of any part of EtherMedia's service;
2. manipulating the service by the use of a bot, script or other automated process;
3. providing your password to any other person or using any other person's username and password;
4. “crawling” our service or otherwise using any automated means (including bots, scrapers, and spiders) to view, access or collect information from EtherMedia or our service;
5. artificially promoting content by automated means;
6. reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or creating derivative works of EtherMedia's service;
7. using EtherMedia's service to import, copy, or distribute any local files that you do not have the legal right to import, copy, or distribute in this way.

Please respect EtherMedia, the owners of the content, and other users of our service. Don't engage in any activity, post content and/or use a username, which is or includes material that:

1. is offensive, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, threatening or obscene;
2. is illegal, intended to promote or commit an illegal act of any kind;
3. includes your password or purposely includes any other user's password or purposely includes personal data of third parties or is intended to solicit such data.
4. includes malicious content such as malware, trojans, viruses or otherwise interferes with anyone's access to our service;
5. is intended to or does harass or bully other users or third parties;
6. impersonates or misrepresents your affiliation with another user, person, or entity, or is otherwise fraudulent, false, deceptive, or misleading;
7. conflicts with this agreement, as determined by EtherMedia.

You acknowledge and agree that posting any content that violates these user guidelines may result in immediate termination or suspension of your EtherMedia account and service. We may also reclaim your username for any reason.

This agreement will continue to apply to you until terminated by either you or EtherMedia.
